Hi there, my name is Asha and I'm from Washington, DC. Working with animals is my passion and I love to help and care for them in anyway possible. Dog walking allows me to meet new dogs with different personalities and engage with them. I consider it like meeting new people, which is exciting and fun. I have worked in the veterinary field for over 8 years and have been petsitting and dog walking for 5 years. I love helping people out with their pets because it allows me to learn and grow as an inspiring veterinarian. I look forward to meeting you and your dog!

Hi! My name is Hillary and I grew up loving all animals and I’ve trained dogs since 2007. I currently have an adorable 13 year old mini Jack Russell and 2 cats, so if you need boarding, please be aware that they will be in the home. I currently live in an apartment, but I have access to a large field, trails, and a dog park with an obstacle course. Hope to hear from you soon! I am so excited to meet your dog!

Growing up my family always had at least two dogs. We always adopted from animal shelters and animal rescues, so I definitely learned how to teach old dogs new tricks, and how to patiently earn the respect of dogs of different breeds and backgrounds. Since leaving home I have owned one dog myself while I was a volunteer in the Peace Corps. I rescued a very sick puppy on the street, picked off hundreds of fleas, got her vaccinated and spayed, trained her a number of commands and tricks (and then -through her -taught people in my community how to train their dogs). A month prior to leaving I sent her to the US (no easy feat) and my mom was going to care for her until I returned from South America. Upon returning I got a job in New York and she had quickly become one of my mom's furry babies so I chose not to take her away from her wonderful new home. However, I miss my Ellie, and I miss having dogs in my life so I thought Wag! would be the perfect solution, especially as I am going back to school and have some free time on my hands. I would love to walk your furry baby and promise to treat your pup as if he or she were my own.
I play basketball at Eastern Florida State College; I would love the opportunity to get to know your dog. I am a 3.8 GPA student, very responsible and trustworthy. I am 21 years old, and I’ve always had a mother-like tendency to care for others around me. I grew up working on my dad’s pig farms, this is where my love for animals started. In high school, I shadowed veterinarians many, many times and really enjoyed my time with all the animals. I would absolutely love the chance to walk, love, and spend time with your beloved pets!

“Your dog’s next best friend!”
Hello! I am looking to spend some quality time and exercise with furry friends in the Atlanta area. I’ve had the pleasure of caring for and loving dogs for over 10 years. The opportunity to get some fresh air, all while enjoying the company of sweet pups, makes me a great Wag! ambassador.

“Sometimes I think we're our fur baby's pets lol”
Hello, I'm Bree! I'm a Mama to 3 dogs & 3 cats lol I started walking and sitting dogs since day one pretty much. I've had experience with many breeds from fully grown english bulldogs, a massive german shepard, Chihuahuas you name it! My nurture for fur buddies only grows. I believe they have different personalities as us humans so I understand the uniqueness of each individual dog. Keeping your fur child happy is my priority and making their WAG! experience memorable!

My names Tiffnie and I've lived around dogs and cats all my life. When I was 7 I dedicated my furries to animals and decided to go into the veterinary field. I started out as a kennel assistant in an emergency veterinary hospital and advanced to a veterinary assistant, after advancing to there I then got certified to become fear free to help your furry friend stay a lot more calm in every setting possible! I'm currently enrolled in a veterinary technician program to get my associates agree, while loving all three of my dogs themselves. Ive also volunteered with the Virginia Beach spca with their location, wildlife, and being a foster mom. I look forward to chatting and loving on your furry friend!
Their goal is to eradicate the use of euthanasia in over-crowded shelters. If the public spays and neuters their pets, this is only part of the puzzle. A family that adopts a pet must be responsible for that pet for its entire life; if a family or person is not able to make that lifetime commitment due to financial or lifestyle reasons, the staff at All About Animals Rescue in Mason will deny their adoption application.
Dogs that end up in county shelters are neglected, abused, abandoned and even owner-surrendered. So many sad tails; you can see it in the dog's faces.
Just because their beginnings were awful, doesn't mean a loving, forever family won't come along and change that dog's life forever. It really is a privilege to be a pet parent. If you would like to change a dog's life forever, please contact the rescue. That dog will, in turn, change your life forever, too!
If you have any questions about adoption, volunteering or donating contact the rescue directly. The friendly, loving staff is there to answer any and all questions you might have.
If you aren't able to adopt right now, maybe you can volunteer some of your spare time to the rescue. Any time you can give will be greatly appreciated by the staff and the dogs at the rescue. You may even get an extra special cuddle or lick from the furry adoptable babies to thank you!
If you are able to make a monetary donation, All About Animals Rescue thanks you. All monetary donations are tax-deductible.
Bring the whole family, the wife, the hubs, the kids and your furry leashed kid, and head down to the Society Garden for a delicious meal, family-friendly atmosphere and a great time! It is located in historic Ingleside Village. Come on into the beer garden and choose from craft or domestic brews, some delicious wine, cider, sodas, coffees, popcorn or ice cream - or a little of it all! There is a large, fenced area for your family and your pup to hang out in and just enjoy time together. Come play some horseshoes, play in the sandbox, play some ping pong, enjoy live music and relax!
For us dog lovers, every day is national dog day but officially, it is celebrated in August - so mark your calendar to check specific dates nearer to that time! There are many places you and your pup can go and celebrate this great day in Macon! One of the area's many dog parks is a great first stop, of course, and Tattnall Square Park is great for people and their pups. Have a picnic on the lawn and just chill out with your furry friend or play some frisbee or fetch. Tattnall Square Park is located across from Mercer University. If you want to walk some trails, head to Ocmulgee Heritage Trail with Fido or Fifi. Be sure to always clean up after your pet! Spending time with your furry son or daughter on National Dog Day is a must and there are plenty of places to do that around Macon!
Lake Tobesofkee recreational area consists of three separate parks - Claystone, Sandy Beach and Arrowhead. You can fish, camp, boat, picnic, swim, hike and just chill with your whole family (including your leashed, furry family members). Slow down your life for a day and head to one of the three parks with your fam. Take in some fresh air and spend some quality time with the ones who matter most! Be sure to always be a good paw parent (aka pawrent) and clean up after your furry friend while inside any of the parks.
Bring the whole family, including your well-behaved leashed pup, and head to nearby Fort Valley, Georgia for some of the freshest peaches you will ever taste! You can even tour the peach orchard or pecan fields in-season! Lane Southern Orchards has a true southern feel from the white, Amish rocking chairs to the homemade peach and pecan candies, jellies, salsas, pastries and ice creams! If you live anywhere near Lane Southern Orchards or if your travels bring you nearby, it is definitely worth the stop!
Every December, the streets of downtown Macon come alive in bright, festive hues of red, green and gold to welcome the holiday season! Your leashed, well-behaved furbaby is welcome to join you and the whole family for the festivities. Come early and get a prime seat for the parade's many entries - civic organizations, churches, bands, floats and did we mention, Santa himself? Bring your own chair and get comfy as you literally watch the parade pass you by! Catch up with friends and neighbors and celebrate the joys of the season with the whole community. Be sure to clean up after your pup.
