In the heart of Mooseheart, just down the road from Saint Charles is an annual pet fest you won't want to miss. Perfect for dogs and humans of all ages and sizes, this event features a number of attractions that are sure to provide a doggone good time to all who attend! Anderson Animal Shelter hosts an energetic gathering of dog lovers from all over. Proceeds from the activities and vendors for this event all go to benefit the animals at the shelter. The friendly atmosphere and inviting guests contribute great memories created with your pup by your side!36
Dog Fest Walk N' Roll
Grab your favorite four-legged friends and head down to Pottawatomie Park for a day of blissful play. Put on by a dedicated organization, Canine Companions, which is the largest non-profit dedicated to service dogs, the purpose of dog fest is to celebrate the life-saving work done by service dogs who support people with disabilities! Though admission is free, donations are welcomed. Ultimately, the goal is to have fun and recognize the love for service dogs - and dogs in general. You and your pup are sure to have a doggone good time while you enjoy games, contests, and treats for both humans and dogs!24
