This was my 1st time using Wag and a nervous about using this service especially since it was an overnight stay. Kirsten put me at ease. She responded to my mssgs timely. I could tell she knew what she was doing when I explained Sgt s needs and she could tell he was an older dog. She had great follow up care questions. I was able to go out of town and the whole time I felt confident my Sgt was in good hands.
