Hi! If you are looking for dependable, loving care for your dog while you're away, please choose me! I have owned dogs nearly all my life, ranging from small dogs like Silky Terriers and Mini Schnauzers to big dogs like German Shepherds and Doberman Pinchers! I love them all! I especially love puppies and my dream job would be to help socialize a new puppy and promote crate-confidence and proper potty habits! I am a stay-at-home mom to three children, but now that my youngest is in 1st grade, I am looking for some part-time work to help fill my time. If you are looking for a mature person who can take your dog for a walk or two during the work day, I would be excited to help you!

Hi, my name is Laura!I have been caring for dogs of various sizes and energy levels since I was 6. Growing up I had a very high energy chocolate lab named Ginger. She was horrible on a leash and way too strong for me to manage as an 8 year old. I was determined though to be able to walk a dog on my own, so I asked my neighbors who had smaller, more manageable dogs if I could walk their dogs. Eventually I even gained control over my beloved Ginger, and was able to walk her on my own.Over the years I have taken care of my own dogs, cats, hamsters, rat and Guinea pigs. Currently I own a year old Australian shepherd/heeler mix named Aspen and two main coon cats named Marshall and Skye. I also have experience pet sitting dogs, cats, geckos, fish, and rabbits of my friends and family. I worked for 2 years at Petco where I gained experience in caring for various small animals, reptiles, amphibians, and birds. I use positive reinforcement training techniques with my own dog. I love the outdoors and exploring new trails and parks! I'm a patient, reliable, caring, hardworking animal lover who would love to walk your dog and take care of your animals!
I have a passion for all animals. I donate to rescue organizations and I used to volunteer at the humane society and a no kill shelter. I grew up raising dogs, cats, hogs, goats, horses, different rodents, bunnies, and even a raccoon. I rescued many kittens, baby bunnies and the raccoon, and had to nurse them back to health. There's nothing I love more than hanging out with and cuddling my dogs, playing fetch in the yard or taking them on walks, as well as horseback riding and just grooming and bonding with my horse. I've house and pet sat for many friends and family and can provide references. I'm excited to meet your fur babies and get to play with and care for them.
Hi, My name is Bailey! I grew up with a chocolate lab named Katie. I have been dog sitting since I was 11 years old. I love getting to hangout and play with new dogs. I will treat your dog with love and care and I will make sure that your Wag experience is as positive as possible!
Hi, I'm Jake. I've lived in Wichita my whole life and I've been a dog-owner since I was eight years old. I currently have two dogs: Finn, a foxhound/greyhound mix; and Frankie, a pit bull/boxer mix. Nearly all my family members have dogs, and I've had the pleasure of caring for them many times over the years. I am very much an animal-lover. I've cared for dogs of all shapes and sizes, and have loved every single one of them. My main priority is to keep your dog happy and healthy. I love to meet new dogs, and I can't wait to meet yours!

I walk 10,000 + steps a day. I love being outside and walking. I am a dog person. I am dependable and very reliable. I have recommendations on request. I currently walk a boxer and a cavalier as permanent customer.
I am excited to take care of your fur baby! I promise to love on them as if they are my own. I have 4! Dogs have my heart.
“Thanks for sharing your pup! :)”
Hi there! My name is Angela :) I've been an animal lover pretty much all of my life. Dogs in particular are amongst my favorites! They are truly so special in how they love the world around them and love their people even more. If I were to be given the opportunity to walk your sweet dog, I will treat them like I treat my own :)
My name is Kristian and I am the proud dogfather of two rat terriers named Maddie and Amigo. I run an online bookselling business, so I spend too much time staring at a computer screen and look for any excuse I can to spend some quality time outdoors with one of my furry friends. I started walking dogs in my neighborhood from a very young age and haven't slowed down ever since. I've walked every breed from Yorkshire Terriers to Saint Bernard's, and although the drool levels may differ, I love every dog I meet like it was one of my own.
Homeless animals in El Dorado, Kansas, don’t have many places to go, but with a couple great local shelters, many of these animals are removed from the streets and placed in new homes.
The El Dorado Animal Control and Shelter is part of the City of El Dorado. The shelter takes in cats and dogs from El Dorado and from rural Butler County to provide care for them. Once the animals reach El Dorado Animal Control and Shelter, they are given shelter, food, and medical care, while the shelter tries to find new homes for them. Because of limited space, the shelter is constantly trying to remind local residents to get their animals spayed or neutered to prevent unnecessary euthanasia in the shelter.
Heartstrings Animal Advocates is a new organization that is dedicated to helping county shelters find homeless animals new families and places to live to prevent euthanasia. The organization visits shelters in areas where there is a high number of animal euthanized each year. The group pulls out animals when necessary and acts as a halfway house. In other instances, Heartstrings Animal Advocates helps with adoptions. A large number of the animals that the group has helped have been from Texas and Oklahoma, but it has also helped the El Dorado Animal Shelter, Kansas Humane Society, and Caring Hands Humane Society all in the area.
If you are in the El Dorado area looking for a new pet, consider contacting one of these organizations to find a new furry friend.
