Richmond Kentucky Christmas Parade
Bring the whole family (that means you too Fido!) and join in on the fun and festivities at this years Christmas parade. Make sure Fido is on his leash and you clean up after any messes he might make. After all, who wants a paw-ty pooper? Make sure to bring chairs and find yourself a great spot along the parade route. The parade leaves the Eastern Kentucky University Alumni Coliseum parking lot at 6:45 p.m. and aims to arrive downtown by 7:00 p.m. The parade will then turn right onto Lancaster till Main and will end at Collins Street. Come and join in on all the merry festivities and happy PAWlidays!36
Project Hope Christmas Bazaar and Pet Photos with Santa
Let's all pile in the car and head to the Robert Cherry Civic Center in nearby Paducah, Kentucky for photos with Santa Paws, bake sales, vendors and tons of Christmas gifts ideas. Make sure Fido is leashed and be a considerate paw-rent and pick up after your buddy! This event will be hosted by Project Hope Humane Society and all proceeds will be put right back into this worthy organization. Santa will be available for photos with your furry family members at noon. Be sure Fido is on his best behavior at all times - (Santa sees you whether you're good or bad, buddy). Come on in and support this great organization and go home with a treasured keepsake of your pup and Santa. Happy paw-lidays!24
