Hi, My name is Paul and I have had rescued three dogs since 1997. I had a large Bull Mastiff / St. Bernard mix named Veego that passed away at around 15 in 2012. I have had a German Shepherd since 2005, Honey is currently 14 years old. I have also had a Staffordshire Bull Terrier named Ben since 2007 that is about to be ten. I have pet sat for lots of friends in the past. Pitbulls, Rotweiller, Labradors, Boxer, Pug, Chihuahuas, French Bulldog, and a few Terriers. Seeing any dog always puts a smile on my face, from abandoned rescues to show dogs. I enjoy learning their unique personalities and quirks. I will treat your dog (and home) like I do my own, with love and care. I've also been vegetarian / vegan for over 25 years and like to stay active. Reliable transportation for North Shore and Boston.

Dog Boarding in Quincy

Living close to Boston is a breeze, but chances are you'll need a break from Beantown every once in a while. But what do you do with your canine compadre while you're out of town?

Many pet parents in Quincy will immediately check out nearby kennels, which will look after your pup while you're away. However, dog boarders and sitters provide an excellent alternative to traditional kennels.

As well as caring for Rowdy in a comfortable home environment, dog boarders and sitters in Quincy provide dog walking services. With your permission, your pup and their Pet Caregiver can take a relaxing leashed stroll down the Rose Kennedy Greenway

Unsure about the best dog boarding and sitting services in Quincy? Let's take a look at the average cost.

Average Cost of Dog Boarding in Quincy, MA

You'll find a wide variety of kennels across the Boston metro area. Many of the best facilities near Quincy have air filtration systems, multiple play areas, and 24/7 monitoring and assistance.

The average price of dog boarding in Quincy is between $50 and $100. It's worth noting that cheaper options often don't include luxurious extras, and there are limits on the number of times your dog will get to go outside each day.

Some facilities will charge extra depending on whether your pupper has special dietary and medical needs. Prices may also differ depending on the size of your dog. Always read the Ts & Cs beforehand to avoid any surprises on your final bill.

If you don't like the idea of your fur-baby spending several days in a kennel, consider booking a dog boarder in Quincy, MA. Your pup is sure to have a "pawsome" time snoozing at their new friend's house. Average rates start at $44 per night, and the estimated price is displayed on-screen during booking to avoid any unwelcome charges.

Average Cost of Dog Sitting in Quincy, MA

If your skittish Chihuahua has separation anxiety, they may be better off staying in an environment they're familiar with. Dog sitters in Quincy will come to your house and spend all day with your pupper while they snooze in their favorite spot.

Dog sitters in Quincy generally charge around $80 per night. This price can change depending on your dog's age and how many dogs you have. You'll also pay a premium for booking a dog sitter over the holidays. You may also have to pay for travel expenses.

Like with Quincy dog boarding, always read the Ts & Cs before booking to avoid any hidden fees.

You may also come across dog sitters who perform flying visits rather than 24/7 care. These sitters will drop in for around 30 minutes to feed your pup, let them outside, and occasionally take them for a walk. These services cost around $20 to $30 per visit.

If you're not keen on any Quincy dog boarder, why not check out some of the dog sitters nearby on the Wag! app? Overnight care starts at an average cost of $39 per night. The estimated cost is shown on-screen during booking, so you won't have to worry about a sudden change in pricing.
