Give a Wag! Gives to Battle Creek Shelters

Four Paws 2 Rescue is an all-volunteer, non-profit animal rescue that is based in Battle Creek, Michigan. The staff, volunteers and fosters of this rescue work tirelessly to save the area's stray/feral cats and dogs and re-home them into loving, forever homes. There is no physical shelter. All pets are housed in foster homes. This is very beneficial to the pet as it will help them become socialized to other people, small children, cats and other dogs. It will also give the foster family time to get to know their foster pet; what do they like or not like, what scares them, what is their favorite toy or treat - just in case potential future adopters have any questions about the animal. This also affords the foster family ample opportunities to spoil the dogs rotten with extra cuddles and treats!

The rescue is a no-kill operation, meaning they will never euthanatize any of their pets awaiting future homes. All animal lives matters to Four Paws 2 Rescue. No matter how skinny or fat, no matter how young or old, no matter the breed or temperament Four Paws 2 Rescue is here to help any and all unwanted, neglected, abused, abandoned, stray/homeless, injured or sick animal get their second chance at a happily ever after.

If you are looking for a new furry friend or would like to get your current furry friend a buddy, the staff at Four Paws 2 Rescue hopes you give them a call. Their pets have so much love to give and deserve a wonderful, forever home just like yours.

Four Paws 2 Rescue has community education programs such as "The Proper Care of Your Pet" and "The Importance of Spaying and Neutering Your Pet." Spaying and neutering your pet will not only cut down on overpopulation but will also significantly decrease your pet's chances of developing testicular or ovarian cancer.

If you are looking to volunteer, foster or adopt one of their amazing pets, please contact the rescue.
