Wag! is the nation's fastest-growing network of pre-screened and insured pet sitters and dog walkers. In less than 15 minutes you can book a nearby dog sitter, daycare provider, or dog walker, who'll take complete care of your loved one - at their place or yours.
I have lived with pets (dogs, cats, fish, and even a hedgehog!) all my life. I worked as a dog walker and pet sitter while completing an internship a few years ago, and it was one of the best jobs I have ever had! Being around dogs makes me happy, and I am excited to spend time walking and caring for your pets!

“Less like dog whisperer, more like genuine spirit!”
I was the sole caretaker with my huge Golden Retriever, Oliver, walking him every day, working on training, and even wrangling him in the bathtub! Now that I have my own thriving doggy business since Jan 2019, my besties and I are never bored again! Days I'm available, I'd absolutely cherish time with yours! I feel so blessed that dogs of all breeds and sizes feel immediately comfortable in my presence, and out of the 500+ walks I've taken for Wag, only 1 time was I unable to gain a pup's trust!

Hi I'm Anna! Growing up I had three dogs: a miniature poodle, a beagle and a rescued carin terrier. During my undergrad I lived in a household with a Pitbull and a bull mastiff. Now I have my own rescue pup, Toby. He's a Great Dane/Pitbull mix, a little over 1.5 years old. I absolutely love being around dogs - all shapes and sizes! In walking or caring for a dog, I make sure they are safe and having fun. I look forward to meeting you and your doggy soon!

“A lot more walkin means a lot less barkin :)”
I absolutely love pets of all kinds. I personally own three pups, a chi weenie, a beagle, and a St. Bernard mix so I am super familiar with walking the different sizes. I am a college student looking to interact and care for your fur baby as often as needed. I also have experience with cats and bunnies. Caring for your pet as a job isn’t work at all! I always wanted to be a vet as a kid, but can’t wrap my head around biology. Here, I still get to spend my dad with super sweet pets so win-win!

My name is Kelly and I am a canine fanatic! I’ve been walking for Wag for almost a year and I am absolutely honored to care for all the dogs I’ve met along the way. I understand how hard it is being away from your furry friend, so I make sure all my clients are given extra TLC no matter what! When I’m not walking, I am working full time at a local doggie daycare. I’ve worked in the pet care industry for over 5 years and am very passionate about what I do. I can’t wait to be your pets new BFF!

Approximately 40 miles away from St. Louis lies Wentzville, Missouri, and this town is no stranger to homeless animals. Fortunately for these animals, there are shelters nearby that can take them in and care for them until they can find new, loving homes. Both Five Acres Animal Shelter and No Time to Spare Animal Rescue and Sanctuary are shelters in the area that dedicate their resources to helping animals in need.
Five Acres Animal Shelter is a non-profit organization in St. Louis that provides shelter and care for homeless animals in the area without euthanizing healthy animals to make space for new pets in need. The animals at Five Acres Animal Shelter are given shelter, food, and medical care until they can be placed in new homes or pass away.
No Time to Spare Animal Rescue and Sanctuary opened in the area to give animals a second chance at life with new families. As a non-profit organization, this group is only able to provide care for these animals because of the generous donations it receives and the volunteers who dedicate their time to helping the animals. This no-kill shelter provides care to animals without the threat of euthanization. No Time to Spare Animal Rescue and Sanctuary also investigates cruelty cases in the area.
Residents of Wentzville, Missouri, who are looking for a new pet to bring into their homes should consider a visit to one of the animal shelters in the area, where they are likely to find the perfect pet who needs a loving family.
