Doga
Yoga classes are a way to unwind, relax, and get some exercise into your life. Let your dog be part of that experience with Doga! Join Fitness with Fido at The American Kennel Club Museum of the Dog in St. Louis in February for one of three different Doga classes.
Classes are being offered at 11 am, 12:30 pm, and 2 pm. All classes are an hour long with a 30-minute break scheduled in between for shopping at the vendor booths, participating in the raffles, and getting prizes!
Admission is $25 per person until the day of the event when it will be $30 if space is available. Spots are limited, so register early. All participants will receive a shirt and goody bag.

Walk the Cause for Needy Paws
Lace up your best running shoes and break out a leash, because the Annual Walk the Cause for Needy Paws is back at Creve Coeur Park in St. Louis! On a day in April, you and your dog can help pups in need during this 5k walk or 1-mile walk/run.
The 5k race is chip-timed, while the 1-mile event won’t be timed.
This is a family-friendly event and children and dogs are both welcome to participate in the races!
Early bird registration is just $25, but that price will go up on February 1st. Registration includes a shirt and goodie bag for you and your pooch.

Run for Rescue
Help rescue dogs in the area receive the care they need at the Run for Rescue event in March. Going on years now, this 5k run and 1-mile walk event helps raise money for the Coalition for Animal Rescue and Education, also referred to as C.A.R.E.
Your whole family, including the family dog, can run in this event to help animals in need. Canines race for free!
Registration for either race is $25 per person through March 24th. After that date, the fee will be $30 per person. T-shirts will be available for each participant that signs up by March 24th.

Pooch Plunge
As the summer season rolls to an end, let your dog have one last hurrah at the Pooch Plunge in Wentzville! Head over to Progress Park Pool each September to watch your dog swim and splash with other pups to celebrate the start of the fall season.
During the event, each dog will be given a tasty snack. There will be door prizes handed out to lucky winners!
All dogs must be pre-registered for the event. Proof of vaccinations is required at the time of registration. For safety reasons, dogs must be between 10 and 50 pounds to participate. The registration fee is $8 for residents’ dogs and $10 for nonresidents’ dogs. Fees are per dog.
