“Cuddles, care, fun and lots of love!”
Hi, I’m Christina! I grew up with a lively rescue Great Dane and a rotating crew of foster dogs. I currently have a 10lbs terrier rescue whom I adore! I have lots of experience handling a wide variety of pup personalities and know how to administer any necessary medications etc. through my years of volunteering with various rescues. I love dogs (and cats!) and will spoil yours with cuddles and a great walk. Looking forward to meeting him or her!

Hello, my name is Danny and I can't wait to meet your pup! I spend a lot of the day with my husky puppy, Calypso, but she definitely needs to sleep for a lot of the day so I've got a lot of free time that I'd love to spend hanging out with new dogs.

“No ruff times!”
Hi, my name is Antigone and I can't wait to meet your pup! I grew up with dogs, and am constantly missing them when I'm away at college. I am very responsible and confident with my ability to get your dog some exercise. I am usually more of a brisk walker, but that would, of course, depend on what your dog was up for. If they have a lot of energy, I can help wear them out!

Hi! Im Cora. I have 2 amazing doggies at home (Sun Valley) and I have been in love with dogs my whole life. I have volunteered at my local animal shelter since I was legally allowed to! Being around dogs for me is a therapeutic and an amazing way to spend my time. I bring a welcoming and positive energy while around dogs and have never had a dog not like me. I assure you that your dog will get the exercise, love and attention while being with me!

It's no secret that Montana is crazy about canines, and Missoula, the city famous for the Clark Fork River running right through the center of town, is no exception! In fact, the city is so pooch-pawsitive, recent statistics suggest that there's one resident dog for every two people in Missoula. That's a lot of pooches!. Everywhere you turn, you'll find pups frolicking through town.
Perhaps because of the heavy dog population, Missoula is also home to several dog shelters, organizations, and charities. One of the most popular is the Humane Society of Western Montana. A no-kill shelter, this organization takes in about 1,300 animals annually and boasts a 98 percent adoption rate! The humane society not only offers pet therapy programs, adoption services, fostering programs, and other educational services, but they also help by hosting annual adoption fairs, giant fundraising events, and safe, affordable services for your pets.
Another well-known organization in the Missoula area is the Animeals no-kill shelter, adoption center, and food bank. The organization doesn't just shelter, adopt, and re-home homeless pets, they also have distributed over 650 tons of food through their food bank. The main message that Animeals hopes to convey with their organization is that homelessness is not just a human condition and working toward responsible pet ownership, such as spaying and neutering our animals, can help us move toward a decline in the staggering number of homeless animals.
It's the biggest, baddest, and best smelling event of the year - if you're a pup that is. The annual Pet Fest in Missoula's Caras Park is a festival designed specifically for pet lovers and their pooches! Pet Fest aims to educate and entertain the public about pets, but it's also a day filled with special pet-tractions and a huge adoption fair! Though it's a free event, attendees are strongly encouraged to bring a new bag of pet food to help feed the homeless pups of Missoula. At Pet Fest, you can explore hundreds of vendors, witness live entertainment (from humans and doggos), and even adopt a new furry friend!
An event also held at Paws Up, the Canine Classic Event is the premier, annual event for the Western Montana Humane Society. You and your adventurous hound can join in on some charitable fun and participate in either a 5-mile or a 2-mile hike through some of Montana's most scenic trails. Because this event is held at Paws Up on trap-free lands, your furry friend can romp around with you leash-free, too! After you and your mountain hound finish the race, you can enjoy a gourmet BBQ lunch with beer and wine options available for all two-legged participants . All proceeds from the race will benefit the Humane Society of Western Montana.
If you and your pup prefer low-key activities that allow you both to run wild and free and enjoy the outdoors, Missoula is the perfect spot for you! The city is home to dozens of dog-friendly hikes and a handful of exciting dog parks that you and your pooch will never want to leave. One of the most popular parks, Jacobs Island Bark Park, is a 6-acre plot of land for your pups to run free in. Double-gated and in a beautiful wilderness zone, Jacobs Island is the perfect spot for you and Fido to run, frolic, and enjoy Montana's beauty. Another popular park is the Fort Missoula Canine Campus, located just west of the horseshoe pits, and connected to the Fort Missoula Museum.
Additionally, Missoula offers pawesome hikes for you and your pup. Some of the most popular off-leash spots are Pattee Canyon and Blue Mountain Recreation Area.
You love to be wined and dined, so why wouldn't your pooch love it, too? Luckily, the Resort at Paws Up hosts an annual dinner that meshes all the fancy fixings into one night for you and your pup. The annual Wine & Bitch dinner is hosted every Fall before their Canine Classic charity event and aims to spoil both you and your classy canine. The two of you can bond over gourmet dishes, dog massage therapy appointments, agility demonstrations, and of course, specially-paired wine for the humans. The dinner is held at the Paws Up Resort and will feature raffles, giveaways, and other assorted prizes. Paws up, pups and humans, you won't want to miss this Missoula event!
One of Missoula's best features is it's waterfront and river walk area. Here, dozens of annual festivals and monthly farmers markets are hosted, in addition to lots of live music on the weekends. The best part about the river walk and the water-front Caras Park is that it's entirely dog-friendly! Better yet, it's dog-encouraged. You and your pooch are welcomed downtown during all outdoor festivals to enjoy the food trucks, raging river, and live entertainment!
