Desmond is very professional and offered a lot of great information in regard to getting my puppy on track with her training. He is a great communicator; I enjoyed receiving the daily reports on how my puppy was doing. He is also very patient (puppies can be a bit much). I felt comfortable knowing that she was well taken care of during my time away. I really appreciate the time spent with my Luna and I will definitely be using him again!
