Give a Wag! Gives to Wake Forest Shelters

Animal lovers throughout North Carolina are making big differences in the lives of pets in need. Community members work together and problem solve in order to improve the well-being of all animals who are in need of special care and attention. When pets enter the shelters in and around Wake Forest, they are in good hands. Pets are cared for and given any medical attention they need. They are given their vaccinations, they get socialization, and they get oodles of love from all who they come in contact with.

Saving Grace is a non-profit organization dedicated to ensuring that all pets have a loving place to call home. This organization is full of committed volunteers who work around the clock to make sure that animals are well-cared for at all hours of the day. Whether they are newborn puppies or elderly dogs, each sweet pooch gets the same level of high-quality compassion and care at Saving Grace.

Another organization making a big impact on the community is Paws For Life in Youngsville. In 2017, this non-profit found loving fur-ever homes for over 250 dogs. The volunteers ensure safe and healthy homes for each of their animals. Foster homes are provided to each pet so that he or she receives the precise individual attention and they need.
