“Hi, I’m Ryan - I’d love to meet your dog!”
I’m a fellow pet parent who moved last year to the Jersey Shore, and the best part of my day is spent outside with pups. I've been a dog mom for the past decade to two wonderfully tricky girls, Willow (Catahoula) and Sookie (Shih Tzu) who have both taught me a lot about meeting dogs’ needs with patience & love. I also foster cats and kittens through @Jersey Kitty Foster. If there’s anything you need, just send me a message! I’m happy to help, and honored to care for your family.

“Your friendly neighborhood dog walker”
I started pet sitting when I was in high school. Several of my friends had dogs that I would care for while they were away. To make extra money in college I began to walk and then board a local Shiba Inu; a gig I kept until I started working full time. I have always loved animals, but was unable to have any as a child because of allergies some of my family members have. Now my wife and I currently have two dogs (a beagle and a havanese/poodle mix), three cats, two rabbits, and a conure.

The Monmouth County SPCA Freehold Adoption Center is a part of the larger main Monmouth County SPCA. They take dogs and cats from their main location and keep them in this smaller adoption center, located in Freehold, NJ. They have a small retail shop located in this facility as well. Their mission is to protect and help all animals in need, help reduce overpopulation, and teach about the humane treatment of animals through community education and services.
They are a no-kill shelter and take in all pets that come through their doors. The Monmouth County SPCA is dedicated to hosting a wide variety of events for community members and pets throughout the year. Most of these events are for raising money to help properly take care of the animals that come into their shelter, as they are a 100% non-profit and volunteer-based animal shelter. They put on an annual Valentine's Day Brunch, Pet Photos with Santa during the holidays, and annual Fur Balls.
