Bark in the Park
Be on the lookout for this huge, dog-friendly fundraiser to happen again this year! It's LHS's biggest fundraiser of the year and the largest pet festival in Hudson County. There are hundreds of visitors, vendors, and sponsors that come to this amazing event. Of course, your pups are welcome to join in on the fun! Events include doggy costume contests, a bounce house, glitter art, food, and more. Proceeds support LHS animals.36
Yappy Hour
This event is sponsored by the Liberty Humane Society. There will be two event dates - February 2 and January 5 - each starting at 7 pm. Both events are located at The Ale House in Hoboken, NJ. You can bring your pup and enjoy some delicious drinks and an extended happy hour for the night! You must purchase a wristband for $5 at the door and 100% of the proceeds go to benefit the adorable animals at LHS. There is hardly a better way to spend a Friday night than with discounted drinks and tons of local dogs and their humans!24
Pulls 4 Pups
On Saturday, January 20th at 9:30 am, this marathon will take place at Crossfit Hoboken. Participants will row a half marathon to support LHS dogs and animals. There will also be delicious food and local ice cold draft beer at the event as well! Tickets to participate are $50/person or you can be a spectator for $10/person. All of the proceeds will go to Liberty Humane Society. Feel free to stop by with your dog as well! Fluffy, cute, and friendly pup faces are always welcome and will help cheer on the rowing participants.12
