The experience with Tasia was absolutely wonderful with Onyx! From the moment I booked, their communication was excellent. They kept me updated throughout his stay with messages, photos and videos which gave me so much peace of mind. Onyx is a very energetic dog, so I was a little nervous about leaving him, but they handled him with patience, care, and confidence. It was clear they genuinely enjoyed spending time with him, and I could tell he was well cared for and happy. The pickup and drop-off process was smooth and easy, making the whole experience stress-free. I especially appreciated how they cared for him during the Fourth of July holiday and made sure he was comfortable despite all the fireworks. I couldn't be happier with the service they provided, and I will definitely be booking again. I highly recommend her and her husband to anyone looking for caring, reliable, and trustworthy dog sitters!
