I cannot recommend Juliet enough! Booking Barbara s boarding with her was an incredible experience from start to finish. From the initial communication to pickup, the entire process felt like a top-tier, professional business operation. Juliet went above and beyond to keep me updated, sending tons of photos throughout the stay. It was so reassuring to see Barbara having such a blast; I never had to wonder how she was doing. It was clear that Barbara wasn't just being watched she was being genuinely cared for and included in the fun. When we got home, Barbara was happily exhausted, which is the ultimate sign of a successful stay. If you re looking for someone who is organized, communicative, and amazing with dogs, Juliet is the one!
