I understand that it s cold out so if maybe you can pick up Homer and walk a block away , he is usually warm and asleep at 8 so naturally he wants to go back to bed inside but he does need to pee or he will wake in middle of night and go. He is usually fine unless it s below 30 , he is a bred hound hunting dog so they are used to cold
