From the moment Bo bounded up to me with a joyful wag and a gentle nudge for a hello, I knew we were in for something special. First off, Grace's professionalism is top-notch. She communicates clearly, ensures all my dog walking specifics are understood, and is always punctual. But what really sets Grace apart is her dedication to Bo's well-being and happiness. Not only does she walk Bo, but she also engages him in a variety of activities that cater to his energy level and curiosity. One afternoon, I came home to find that Grace had taken Bo on a "sniffari" adventure through a nearby nature trail - complete with a small picnic for Bo, just because she noticed he seemed particularly adventurous that day. She even sent me photos of Bo exploring the woods, which was an absolute delight to see. Grace goes above and beyond in understanding Bo's needs. She once noticed Bo was a bit lethargic, and she didn't just proceed with the walk; she checked in with me, suggested a visit to the vet might be prudent, and even offered to take him there if needed.
