Pups were happy when we got them back. Everything seemed to go well and Matthew was kind. We re new dog owners so we were a bit nervous about boarding our pups for the first time. Our only suggestion was that there was one day where we didn t hear much from Matthew but after we requested more photos, he was responsive and provided regular updates
