Jacqueline is such an important part of Haven s life. She is incredible reliable and quick to respond for any impromptu walks and is very good at communicating any concerns or silly acts my pup pulls. So grateful for the care she provides my fur baby

Jacqueline was on time at 6am, took the time to meet my pet to make her comfortable before taking her walk and updated the app with all activity; she even helped explain the workings of the app and share her availability with me for future bookings! My dog came back smiling and relieved, thanks Jacqueline!

Tina was so great and super sweet and loving with my dog, Fetty. She kept me updated every day with pictures and reports on how she was doing. Fetty is more comfortable around women, specifically those who are nurturing or motherly - she loves them - it's almost absurd the depth of her obsession with moms. I suspected based on her presence on Wag (reviews and photos etc) that Tina would be a great fit for Fetty and she turned out to be everything I expected/hoped and more. It was apparent Fetty was extremely comfortable of Tina right from the start and that she was in the best hands. I will be asking Tina to care for Fetty any time I am away.

Clarissa did a great job with my three boys. She documented when they went to the bathroom where they walked how long they walked gave them some exercise and treats. Definitely made their day! Notified me when she was there and when they got back from their walk.
