Growing up surrounded by animal lovers, I got to experience a wide variety of pets in all stages of life. From kittens to adopted older dogs, there was a range of individual care required. I not only have the experience/knowledge, but also the compassion and patience needed to ensure quality care for your furry family member.

Dogs have always been very special to me. Before I moved, I couldn’t have a dog where I lived , so I joined Wag to have an opportunity to spend time with other people’s dogs! Now that I have moved to my forever home, I have adopted a puppy named Rosie! I have a degree in Animal Science and have owned several dogs in my lifetime, including a 155lb. Black Russian Terrier named Biggie. I’ve had dog training classes where I learned commands and safety measures. I can’t wait to meet your dog!

I have 3 dogs myself, Bailey who is a Cockalier and 9 years old, Cookie who is a Cavalier and 3 years old and Bella another Cockalier and is 1 year old. I am a life-long dog (animal) lover and owner. I have had my own dogs for 20 years, I have fostered a couple times, and volunteered with an inner city shelter which has provided me with a great deal of experience with all sizes, ages, breeds, and temperaments. Above all, and most importantly, dogs are my favorite and I treat them all like they're my own. I consider many of the dogs I walk like best friends and genuinely love them and look forward to walking with them :)

Hello! My name is Jess and I love dogs! When walking your dog, their happiness and safety is my priority. I like to let the dog set the mood of the walk (unless otherwise directed by you), whether that be walking with a purpose or including many stops to sniff around and make new friends. I was a full-time dog walker and sitter for ~9 months pre-pandemic and now I do it on the side because there's just so much joy in meeting a new friend (for both me and the dog).

I fell in love with dogs at an early age. I would dogsit for neighbors and was over the moon when my parents finally adopted a family dog. As an adult, I rescued a 1 year old hound mix from the PSPCA in 2015. She is wild and crazy, but I can't imagine my life without her. I would love the opportunity to get to know your dog and love him or her like my own.
