Alex is my hero. He stayed at my apartment and took amazing care of my senior dog during the freezing cold, including rolling blackouts and a busted pipe in one of the apartments in my building that flooded the complex. He took quick action and prevented any damage to my place and later took my dog to his place. He was perfectly communicative and kept me informed without overdoing it. He made sure I came back to clean towels and sheets and my dog was happy and healthy.
