Jeff was an absolute HERO when our dog had just gotten diagnosed with a UTI. Jeff didn't hesitate to jump to action when needed, and his service is every bit of 5 stars!! He even made sure we had our pup's partially-digested pill to try to re-administer later when our pup couldn't keep much on his stomach. You can tell Jeff really loves the animals he visits, and my pups *adore* him
