We had a wonderful experience with Vitoria caring for Cleo, especially since it was his very first time staying with a babysitter. She was incredibly loving and attentive, giving him lots of cuddles and playtime, which really helped him feel comfortable. We truly appreciated the frequent status updates and photos, it gave us great peace of mind. Cleo was so happy to make a new friend with her dog as well! We couldn t be happier with the care Cleo received and would absolutely request Vitoria again in the future.

Susana was amazing. I was having some issues with double booking with her by accident since it was my first time using this service. She helped me figure it out and also reached out to customer service for me. She did a great job caring for my Bailey girl. Almost to the point she didn t want to leave and tried to go back with her when I came to pick her up. That never happens! Gives me peace as a pet parent knowing my baby felt comfortable and safe to stay with her. Definitely rebooking when needed!
