i sent a pretty descriptive message on the little things needed for the walk such as shoes to put on to prevent my dogs feet from burning on concrete and the use of a specific collar to prevent from pulling on the leash as well as specific directions to get to my apartment. i don t think that message was acknowledged due to the difficulty getting in the apartment and shoes/collar not being put on. still had a good walk with my dog, just not paying attention to detail is all.
