Mattie saved my sanity! 24 hours before leaving the country for 2 weeks, a different Wag sitter cancelled on me. I was desperate! Mattie had the book now option and responded within an hour or two of getting my request. She was gracious and answered all messages in a timely manner for this first-time Wag user.
