Furry Fiesta
Save the lives of furry friends in need and have a whole lot of fun doing it at this entertaining annual event! Held to benefit the Utah Animal Adoption Center, Furry Fiesta is the hippest, most happening pet-friendly party in Salt Lake City. A ticket gets you dinner from local restaurants, drinks from local breweries, and plenty of live entertainment all night long. There are raffles and auction prizes throughout the event, and well-behaved dogs are encouraged to attend!

Utah Grizzlies Pooch on the Pond
Is your pooch the only thing in your life that you love more than hockey? If so, this is the event for you! At Pooch on the Pond, the Utah Grizzlies invite dog lovers to bring their well-behaved pooches along to the game. With corner sections reserved for fans bringing their dogs, you and your fur-kid can spend some quality time together while taking in some paw-some athletic action. There’s also an entertaining dog show during intermission and the first 300 dogs get a gift, so your pet will love every second of this "pawtastic" night out!

Strut Your Mutt
At Strut Your Mutt, you and your dog get to enjoy a walk in the park and save the lives of animals in need at the same time! Held at Liberty Park, Salt Lake City’s Strut Your Mutt raises hundreds of thousands of dollars for animal welfare groups each year. You and your fur-kid can join stacks of other dog lovers and their pets at this fun, family-friendly celebration of all things canine. There are activity zones for pets and kids, food trucks, a beer garden, and more than 50 vendors selling a wide range of goods. And with the chance to raise funds for Best Friends or your favorite Utah animal welfare group, there’s a whole lot to love about strutting your mutt.
Yappy Hour
Dogs + happy hour = Yappy Hour, a fun summer event that combines two all-consuming passions – dogs and beer! Held multiple times from June to September at Liberty, Fairmont, and Pioneer Park, Yappy Hour invites dog owners to bring their pooches along for a grand ol’ time at the off-leash dog park. At the same time, you can treat yourself to beer, tasty treats from a variety of food trucks, live music, and more! Check with the Community Events Department of Salt Lake City Corporation for details of when and where the next Yappy Hour will be held.
