Isabella was beyond fantastic! Excellent communication and flexibility. We got in a bummer situation where our parked vehicle was totaled while we were out backpacking. Being stranded 2 hours away was beyond stressful, but Isabella assured us that our pup was happy and welcome to stay while we sorted things out. Being relieved of that pressure was a tremendous relief and enabled us to focus on the situation at hand. She was empathic, caring, and most importantly, took excellent care of Arlo. Thank you Isabella, and thank you Sandy, we are so grateful to have met you! We ll miss you, and will definitely be in touch again if your schedule allows it!
