In addition, I volunteer with the Humane Society & ASPCA to care for pets that come from poor living conditions. I also work part-time at Ocean State Veterinary Specialists so am aware of how to handle various medical emergencies with your pet if something happens while I am with them. in addition, I am currently working towards earning a dog training certification to help grow my skill set. At home I have a young energetic pit bull, who has taught me how to work with dogs that don't necessarily care for other dogs, and two cats with amazingly different personalities.
