I’ve loved animals all my life and we’ve always had some kind of pet around the home. We currently have two older dogs, a husky named Ember and a maltipoo named Wilson, as well as a young German Shepherd mix named Anubis. Besides always having at least one dog around all my life and helping to take care of pets for friends and family, I’ve also worked good few years in pet care in day care, boarding, and kennel environments and have experience with all sizes and temperaments of dogs.

Hi, my name is Leo. I have always had a love for animals been part of growing up with me. LGBTQIAPLUS FRIENDLY!
Both of my grandmothers had dogs during my childhood—one owned a tiny dog and the other adopted a black Labrador. I had a blast helping them care for the pups and was exposed to the unconditional love of dogs early on. Those memories shaped who I am today and instilled in me a desire to care for animals of all types, shapes, and sizes, including dogs, cats, rodents, reptiles, and fish. I went on to work as a pet professional, where I gave dogs shots and tended to their needs, and I have been walking dogs for the past 13 years.
I also adopted a Chipin (Chihuahua/Min Pin) from San Antonio Pets Alive years ago, and we did everything together until he passed at the end of February 2025 at age 15. I have walked many dogs of all sizes.

I couldn’t imagine life without dogs they bring me as much comfort as I bring to them. I treat every pooch as if they are my own.I don’t have kids so I refer to every pooch as if it were my own. I first adopted when I was 10 years old a redbone coonhound, and ever since then i’ve just enjoyed dog company. I have experience sitting, walking, and caring for animals.
