This subdivision features very large homes with private driveways well set back from the road. Many homes have sprawling lawns and swimming pools and are heavily treed, with natural landscaping and outbuildings. These rural properties have a very natural country feel to them. The community does not have sidewalks and roads can be narrow with sharp shoulders, so be careful when walking your dog. Always face oncoming traffic and keep an eye out for local traffic that may not be easily visible in this heavily landscaped area.

There are some gently sloping hills and varied terrain in this area, so be sure to wear good walking shoes, especially if you are venturing to nearby schools and amenities, as this community is quite large and significant walking between homes and neighborhood features is required. There may be other animals in the area, including wildlife and livestock, as properties are large and there are significant rural and undeveloped areas nearby. Watch out for other animals and keep your dog leashed so he does not spook or be spooked by other large animals and dogs.
