Edison Park is located on the north side of Chicago, Illinois. Named after Thomas Alva Edison, it consists entirely of the Edison Park neighborhood. It is located between the Des Plaines River and the Chicago River. The area lies between two lush green spaces. To the west is the Forest Preserves of Cook County and to the east, the Sidney Yates Flat Wood. The neighborhood is far enough from Chicago's downtown that it can offer an idyllic suburban lifestyle but good transport networks mean that getting into the city is quick and easy.

The neighborhood has two key green spaces: Olympia Park and Brooks Park. Both are great options for taking your pup to go for a stroll and to meet friends, old and new. They are much loved by the neighborhood's residents. There is also a third, smaller park called Monument Park. Monument Park also has lots to offer you and your pooch.
