Arlington Park is a very green suburb just northeast of inner city Dallas. Although this area is still pretty lively with neighborhood families and block parties, there is a downside to living a bit further out of the city. This downside is that there are not as many easily accessible shops, restaurants, or pet services in the area. Really, the only pet service you can find in the area is grooming. Although this can be limiting, it is still great to at least have some highly recommended grooming options so close by.

Some of the top grooming locations in the area include,  The Pooch Patio, Pet Resort Dallas, Uptown Dog, and Karmic Pet Services. Any of these great locations will provide you with quick service, excellent customer service, and a grooming experience that will be amazing for your four legged friends. There are also some great restaurants in the area tucked away among the suburbs.

This area is artificial like the majority of Dallas, Texas. However, this area does have slightly more options as far as nature than some parts of the city due to its location in the suburbs. In this part of the area, not only are parks well maintained and added constantly, but neighborhoods have come together to create better initiatives towards neighborhood maintenance and beauty. The well-kept lawns and nice houses create a uniquely beautiful and relaxing walking experience.

Although this area is mostly flat just like most of this region, if a resident were to find a hilly area, it would most likely be here in the suburbs. This is a unique perk of some of the suburbs in the area and adds a little something extra to a regular neighborhood dog walk. That being said, there are still plenty of flat options in this area as well.

The parks in this area really stand out as extraordinary when compared to the artificial environment surrounding them. Some of the most unique of these parks include Dragon Park Gardens and Prather Park. Their unique showcasing of culture through the beautiful Chinese flower gardens and dragon statues or the historic old western pieces has really brought a unique and beautiful aspect to the cultural richness of the area.

Lakeside Park is also very unique because, aside from its beautiful lake and waterline, this area features adorable giant bear statues. There are also several beautiful neighborhood parks in the area. Benito Juarez Park is a perfect example of this with several outdoor sports fields, indoor courts, a beautiful neighborhood garden, and much more.

A final beautiful neighborhood park is Flippen Park. This great location features an outstanding, beautiful gazebo, a fountain, and beautifully maintained green gardens all around the property.
