There is a spigot available for drinking water as well as filling up kiddie pools. The lot is fenced, and the terrain is grass. If you’re looking for a place to grab a bite afterwards, you can visit Okra’s Cajun Creole, where your dog is welcome on the patio.

This doggie heaven has a separate small dog area, picnic table, benches, poop bags and more! Be aware that the park doesn't have water, so you should bring some. It's free and open to the public. However, children under 8 years are not permitted in the park due to safety reasons, so be mindful of that.

It is located around 15 miles from Yocum and it's one of the most beautiful pieces of nature in the vicinity. It's a great family place, and, considering that our dogs are a part of our families too, you can feel free to bring everyone in the family for a pawesome day out. There is a fee that you need to pay to enter the park, and your dog needs to be on leash. There is a mini beach where dogs are allowed to swim and dig in the sand. Isn't that just pawfect?

Cleanup bags can be found at the waste stations, and lots of toys are provided as well. You can find separate small dog and large dog areas, and even a few agility course pieces. If you're feeling hungry after all that fun, visit Black Bear Bistro, where your dog is allowed on the patio.
