I've always loved animals from a young age. My pets are an extension of my family. I have a 3 years old Lab Mix puppy and 3 year cat too. Both were rescued and have grown up together. I've learned a lot from them about patience, affection, discipline and how to care for their well-being. I would take good care of your dog as if he or she were my own.

Hello,My name is Marcelo and I have a degree in Music Production & Engineering from the Los Angeles Recording School in Hollywood, CA. I too love our fluffy & furry friends as I own a 4 year old Italian greyhound named Romeo & he is the best son I could have ever asked for. At the age of 19 I began working with dogs & cats at a veterinary clinic in Burke, VA. While working there for over a year, my responsibilities with the pets included boarding, walking, feeding, applying medicine(s), play time, cuddle time, baths, grooming & Veterinary assistance. There was about 25-45 dogs to take care of everyday 7 days a week and thus, this opportunity taught me much about our lovely pets & their behavior as well as how to properly take care of them from top to bottom. I am very excited for the opportunity to take care of your pup! I will treat your lovely pet how I treat my own- with love, patience & all of the attention needed for a complete positive experience.

Dog Walking in Yocum

Yocum is a small town just off of state highway 646. Unfortunately for your pup, there are no Fido-friendly activities in the immediate area. A short trip north to Manassa, however, features many puptastic places to visit!

The Manassas National Battlefield Park, located north of Manassa preserves the site of two major American Civil War battles.  Today the National Battlefield Park provides the opportunity for visitors to explore the historic terrain where men fought and died more than a century ago. More than 900,000 people visit the battlefield each year. The park is 5,073 acres and dog-friendly!

In terms of pet care, there are three vets in the nearby community of Independent Hill. Their opening hours are from 7:30AM to 8PM and they are all closed on Sundays. If you have an emergency, you can contact one of the emergency clinics in either Prince William or Springfield.

The Philadelphia Tavern, also in Manassa, has been around since 1999. This pawesome pub boasts an antique bar from the 1800’s that was physically brought down from Philadelphia. Check out some of their authentic cheesesteaks, fresh salads, steaks, or appetizers, like baked brie and fresh hot wings! They offer pet-friendly patio seating with fire pits.
