Vint Hill Dog Park is located 13 miles northwest from Yocum. The park is located in Warrenton, which has a population of around 9,611. The park is fully fenced and provides lots of space for running around and chasing balls. Even though there are no water facilities in the park, you have bowls at your disposal. Cleanup bags can be found at the waste stations, and lots of toys are provided as well. You can find separate small dog and large dog areas, and even a few agility course pieces. Next to the Potomac River in Woodbridge, there is a park called Leesylvania State Park. It is located around 15 miles from Yocum and it's one of the most beautiful pieces of nature in the vicinity. It's a great family place, and, considering that our dogs are a part of our families too, you can feel free to bring everyone in the family for a pawesome day out. There is a fee that you need to pay to enter the park, and your dog needs to be on leash. There is a mini beach where dogs are allowed to swim and dig in the sand. Isn't that just pawfect?

Lake Ridge
Lake Ridge is a place near Woodbridge that offers a great dog park called the Prince William County Dog Park. Situated around 14 miles away from Yocum, the beautiful terrain at this park is the perfect place for your pup to burn off some energy. This doggie heaven has a separate small dog area, picnic table, benches, poop bags and more! Be aware that the park doesn't have water, so you should bring some. It's free and open to the public. However, children under 8 years are not permitted in the park due to safety reasons, so be mindful of that.
