Built in 1973, the Aliki Condominiums were the first of five condo buildings built by Andy Xepapas and named after his wife. This area is just a few steps from the Bel-Air shopping plaza where you will find a Publix grocery store, a Ruby Tuesday's, and several other stores. The beach can be found right outside the front door and, if you still have high schoolers, then Seabreeze High School is just across the street.
