Cottrill is a single-street neighborhood located close to the intersection of Mason Ave. and Ridgewood. The homes and the neighborhood itself are older and are showing their age, but for the most part, it is a clean area to live.

Do keep in mind that this is an active wildlife preserve full of birds, black bears, and the ever-present alligators. Exercise caution around some of this larger wildlife!
