Shopping is only a few minutes away at the Sunshine Mall where there is a Publix grocery store, a pharmacy, and more.
Living here puts you just far enough away from the heart of the city to enjoy a little extra peace and quiet, but close enough that you are only a short drive from many of the best restaurants in town, the Daytona International Speedway, the Volusia Mall, and Daytona State College.

The terrain here is a blend of golf course green and suburban blocks close to the Halifax River. It gives you and Fido an interesting blend of sidewalks and a small island off the riverbank.
