Shopping is only a few minutes away at the Sunshine Mall where there is a Publix grocery store, a pharmacy, and more.
Living here puts you just far enough away from the heart of the city to enjoy a little extra peace and quiet, but close enough that you are only a short drive from many of the best restaurants in town, the Daytona International Speedway, the Volusia Mall, and Daytona State College.

The terrain here is a blend of golf course green and suburban blocks close to the Halifax River. It gives you and Fido an interesting blend of sidewalks and a small island off the riverbank. While you probably shouldn't take your pup walking on the golf course, you can still log in the miles walking around the different blocks, changing directions often to keep your walks interesting.
