The condos feature a pool out on the river's edge, free docking to owners, boat slips, gated entry, a clubhouse, and private parking. The island is also home to the Chart House. This is one of the best-known restaurants in town and serves an excellent selection of fine foods. The island itself is mostly grass with the exception of the parking lots, the main road, and the condos.
