Along with being near the water, you are also close to the Mosquito Lagoon Aquatic Preserve, an aptly named area of waterways, swamps, and land masses. Being right on the busiest street on the beachside, you can expect to deal with a lot of traffic from early morning to late at night. You can also expect a fair amount of pedestrian traffic during the day with people coming and going to the beach in the hot summer.
