This is a public golf course and the perfect place to spend a summer morning. However, don't try and take your dog for walks on the course as this is not allowed.
In the heart of town, you will find lots of places to eat, plenty of places to shop, and at least a couple of dog groomers for those of you who like to keep their furry friend looking their absolute best.
You may not be able to take your dog for walks on the golf course, however, you are close to multiple green spaces where the two of you can enjoy the warm summer sun. There is also the beach which is, at most, a fifteen to twenty-minute drive, depending on the traffic.
What is the terrain like in Fair Oaks Villas?
Fair Oaks Villas is a relatively quiet neighborhood with the exception of the FEC track just east. Fortunately, this is not one of the busiest tracks in the state.
If you are looking for places to walk your dog, you can make use of the many residential blocks to the southeast. Beyond rush hour, you aren't likely to run into much in the way of vehicular traffic. You might find some pedestrian traffic, especially if you go out for your walks early in the morning when you might meet others doing the exact same thing.

The beach runs for miles to the south, starting at Ponce Inlet. The best time of day for you and your dog to make use of the beach for your walks is during the early morning hours in the summer as this is before the coast fills up with people and cars, making walking difficult.
