on Fairgreen Avenue between the New Smyrna Beach Golf Course and the Hidden Lakes
Golf Course and Club. Most of the houses here are standalone, but there are a few
townhouses as well. The community also sits on the banks of Turnbull Creek that
leads to Turnbull Bay and then out into the Indian River. A fair part of the community sits
inside the Hidden Lakes course and most
have at least one small lake built into the individual neighborhoods.
Living here puts you close to the New Smyrna Beach Airport,
numerous parks, and only a few minutes from the beach. For those of you who like the chance to go
