One of the neat things about the Seafire Condo is that instead of being directly on the A1A, this condo building sits on Hill Street one block off the main road. While you wouldn't think this would make a major difference, the difference really affects how much vehicular traffic is right outside your front door.
This is an excellent location. Not only are your nearest neighbors almost all single-family homes, but you live right on the beach! If you like to eat out, there are several excellent restaurants and shopping a short drive to the north. This includes a large grocery store where you can buy groceries for yourself and food for your pup. Be sure you take a few evening walks along the beach as sunset walks can be very relaxing and a great way to finish your day off!
What is the terrain like in Seafire Condo?
As you might expect when you live this close to a busy area of town such as E 3rd Avenue and right on the coast, this neighborhood is bustling. While you and your dog are out for walks, you will need to be very careful as traffic both on and off the main road can be busy during the day.
One thing you may not be used to is that vehicles are allowed to drive on the beach. This means that if you and your dog go walking on the sand, you must learn to share it with people driving their cars and other vehicles. There are always going to be lots of people hanging out on the dunes, so the best time to take your walks is early in the morning before things get busy.
Luckily, there are no hills or changes in terrain for you to worry about on your strolls.

As an added bonus, you have the ocean at your feet to play in and cool off when you are done.
Directly across from the beach is the Mosquito Lagoon Aquatic Preserve. You can take it on by yourself by taking your dog out for a canoe ride in the waters, but be sure you use a GPS to track your journey as it is very easy to get lost among the many waterways. Alternatively, there are boat tours you can take, though dogs are typically not allowed on them.
