Central Park is a community of single-family homes that sit on both sides of Central Park Boulevard. This is a well-established neighborhood of larger middle-class homes on bigger lots and there is a lake on the east side of town and runs to the north where it turns into a creek.
Living along Central Park Boulevard means having close access to the many shops, supermarkets, shopping centers, strip malls, and pet supply stores that line both sides of Dunlawton Avenue. Not only is Dunlawton the main east-west thoroughfare running through town, but it literally ends on the beach where you can park your car and then take your dog for a walk. On the other hand, if you head west, you will run into the I-95 interchange.
You are only a ten-minute walk from the All Children's Park and Seemore Memorial Dog Park. You are also a 20-minute drive from the Doris Leeper Spruce Creek Preserve to the south and 15-minutes from the beach.

Central Park is a busy family neighborhood with the most active periods being during the morning and evening rush hours. Things can also be pretty hectic during the school year while the buses are running. There is a small splash pad, a lake, lots of trees, and two vast softball fields for you and your dog to enjoy.
Next door and to the north on Spruce Creek Boulevard is the one-acre Seemore Memorial Dog Park. This park is divided into fenced-in areas for large, small, and special needs dogs. Each area has a place for the pups to get water, shady benches for you to sit on, and plenty of waste bags to help keep the park clean.
