Howell Place at Countryside is home to a large apartment complex, three large lakes, and is located next door to the Countryside Station shopping center on the corner of Dunlawton Avenue and South Nova Road. The complex features a swimming pool, shuffleboard, and lots of manicured lawns for you and your dog to enjoy along with the lakes you can hike around. For additional walking space, there are several nearby residential communities.
When it comes to shopping, the shopping center next door is only one of the four located on the corners of the intersection. There is a Publix Supermarket, numerous restaurants, and a Pet Supermarket where you can buy everything you need to keep a smile on your dog's face. For more shopping, the entire length of Dunlawton Avenue is one big shopping area full of big box retail stores, strip malls, and more. Along this strip of road, you should be able to find everything your family needs.
Howell Place at Countryside is a little like an oasis in what is otherwise a bustling part of town. The complex is home to a large working community, but rush hours are limited only to those who live here and dissipate quickly. However, both Dunlawton Avenue and South Nova Road carry a lot of traffic from early in the morning until late at night. The only issue they might cause for you is noise.
Village Trail is the main road running to the south of the community and traffic is moderately low most of the day. It is the perfect road for you and your dog to use as a path to take you to the many other residential neighborhoods where you will find plenty of room. The one thing you do have to watch out for is kids at play, but as long as you keep your dog on a short leash, they shouldn't pose too much of a problem.
Living in Howell Place at Countryside is like living in a green space all your own. The complex is surrounded by grass and lakes, making it a great place to raise a family. There is plenty of room for you and your dog to run around and play! You can take walks around the three lakes together and make the most of the space you have.
If you want a little more space and fresh air, why not hop in the car with your dog and head east over the Halifax River? Keep going until you find yourself staring out of the windshield at the Atlantic coast! Turn left or right and drive on the sand until you find a place to park. From your parking spot, you and your dog can walk for miles, enjoying the fresh ocean air and sunshine together. Don't forget to go for a swim in the warm Atlantic waters!
