A dirt road connects you to around 3.5 miles of awesome beach where you can park up your RV and take your dog for a leisurely stroll along one of the few golden, sandy shores where life has no permits, only practical rules like 'clean up litter' and 'keep the noise down for other campers.'

The welcome sign states clearly that all pooches must be on-leash but there appear to be no restrictions as to how long that leash can be. Road weary travelers will love the open feeling of this laid-back beach where your dog can feel like a king, playing with the driftwood or swimming in the sea.

Bryan Beach is a road tripper’s haven with a sandy shore, grassy dunes, and plenty of trash cans to deliver your waste. There are also portable restrooms plus water to keep your pup hydrated. It's requested that all vehicles be parked away from the dunes as they aid in erosion.

If you are in a sunbathing mode, be sure to put up an umbrella or shade tent for your pooch as the Texas summer temperatures can get up in the 90’s. Beach and good-doggy etiquette will allow all campers to have the best of times and keep this care-free coastline, open to man’s best friend.

Plovers, seagulls, and pelicans chirp happily on the shore while an array of pretty shells make great souvenirs to take back home. This is a cool spot for fishing or enjoying recreational time with your pooch.

Bryans Beach is a masterpiece of natural coastline and is super-dog-friendly. Close by is the industrious city of Freeport, where Texas hospitality beams an inspiring light. There are charters for those who love snorkeling, scuba diving and fishing with a cowboy theme.
