Description
If you're looking for a pawsome area of Puget Sound to explore, why not bring Fido and the family to the North Bay Res Tidelands? North Bay Res Tidelands offers year round fishing opportunities sure to please the avid fisherman, and is also a home to many different varieties of shellfish ripe for harvesting. Parking is open only when shellfish are in season and is limited to 25 cars. It is important to note that parking on the street is illegal.

North Bay Res Tidelands is a beach haven for people and their pooches to explore. If you're fancying a walk along beautiful coastline, or even a leisurely swim in Puget Sound, you will find what you are looking for here! Your pup is welcome to join you at this pawrific beach, but you must take care to keep them leashed.

Though there are very few rules for visitors to this pawsitively awesome spot, any canine waste on the beach is not permitted. Complimentary clean up bags are not available at North Bay Res Tidelands, so it is important that you remember to bring some with you from home. Port-a-potties are found near to the parking areas, but there is no running water. When you pack your bag of beach goodies, be sure to throw in a few bottles of drinking water and a doggy dish in case Fido needs to quench his thirst. All pooches are invited to freely enjoy the grounds with their families, but it is important for them to note that some of the upper portions of beach are privately owned, and they should steer clear of those areas. Overnight camping is also not allowed on the premises.

To be sure that Fido is one hundred percent safe from not so fur-iendly diseases, stop by your local veterinarian to keep his shots up to date. The Washington Paw Patrol police also appreciate all pooches having a current city dog license.

Could Fido and the family use a day of beach fun at a pawsitively amazing beach? Plan to visit North Bay Res Tidelands today!

Wag! does not allow or encourage Pet Care Providers to bring dogs to parks.
