Guests who prefer a furnished setting can rent one of the park cottages or reserve one of the 51 rooms at the lodge. There is a two-pet limit for cottages and rooms -- as well as an additional pet fee of $30 for rooms and $50 for cottages -- so please keep this in mind when making reservations. As with any park, keep your pup leashed while exploring, and pack some plastic bags to pick up anything they leave behind.

Hit the water by boat for some grade-A fishing! According to park's most recent fishing forecast, chances of reeling in a yellow bass or catfish couldn't be better! The park has plenty of modern entertainment for its guests as well, with an in-ground swimming pool, game room, golf course, and a playground for the pint-sized patrons. 

When you hear that imminent roar of hunger, head over to the Driftwood, the park's very own up-scale restaurant. Here, your pack can feast upon mouthwatering Southern delicacies such as buttermilk-fried chicken, bourbon-glazed salmon, and country ham with red-eyed gravy -- if you leave here hungry, it's your own fault!
