Beaver Run RV Park is located in the small city of Metter, Georgia, where everyone knows everybody and the owners of the park greet you with fresh-baked cookies! The park is located off of I-16 and is within a quick driving distance from Savannah, Statesboro, and Georgia Southern University.
Georgia weather is often the perfect temperature for outdoor activities, so you and Fido will be able to enjoy the park's amenities inside or outside your RV. The park boasts sparkling clean bathrooms, hot showers, and a coin laundry facility for its guests. Entertainment can be found in the playground area, in the game room, or just a bone's throw away from your campsite. Water lovers will be happy to know that there is a spring-fed lake, Beaver Run Lake, on the grounds which is available to guests who want to fish, swim, or boat.
Everything you need for your RV is also conveniently available, from propane fueling to RV supplies. There is also an electric car charging station! All of these amenities are competitively priced starting at $38 per night for RV sites, depending on your length of stay and choice of sites. Holiday stays incur a rate of $43 per night. Tent camping is just $20 per night. Rates are for two adults and two children.
Pets are welcome as long as they are on a leash at all times and you clean up after them. However, there are breed restrictions, so please call ahead to ensure your favorite furry family member is allowed to camp with you.
Ready to take Fido for a stroll outside the park? Just down the road in Statesboro, you will find that adventure awaits along the Blind Willie McTell Trail, a free-to-use asphalt stretch of path where four-pawed fitness freaks can run and play (on a leash) to their hearts' content down the path or on the expanse of lawn surrounding the area. Trees are interspersed throughout for shading to avoid overheating.
Whether you are looking for a little bit of quiet or a lot of action, Beaver Run RV Park has something for everyone!
