Caravan Oasis RV Resort

This RV resort park is a community for seniors age 55 plus who want to live in the desert with social and recreational opportunities. The park has 510 sites that are landscaped with cacti and offer a view of the Gila mountains on the horizon. Reservations can be made for stays that are by the night, week, month, or for seasonal stays. Check for the check-in times and days for your arrival plans. 

There are many amenities that include two swimming pools, two spas, barbeque pits, picnic tables, and a recreation hall. There is even a hammock park. Options for play include tennis courts, pickleball courts, horseshoes, shuffleboard, a putting green, and a driving range. You can keep it clean with two laundry rooms and a vehicle wash. The streets are paved and the sites are gravel. There are no tents. Most of the people in this community are snowbirds or longer-term residents. There are regularly scheduled community events, billiards, cards, and social times. The resort has partnered with manufacturers of park homes for those who are looking to make this their home. 

Pets are welcome. There are two dog parks on site so that your dog can have a place to get some exercise and doggy socialization time. Always keep your dog on a leash when walking about and keep the off-leash play to the fenced dog park areas. Remember to check the activities and temperament of animals in the dog park areas before entering with your pooch. Do not take a puppy into common dog park areas until all vaccinations are complete and the veterinarian gives the OK. Use good pet owner manners and clean up after your pet. Never leave your pet unattended outside. You are in a desert, so be aware of your pet's needs for hydration and shade.
