The sites are mainly pull-through and paved, and offer access to the internet and cable TV. There is also a picnic table on a paved pad, and you can use your own fire grill. The daily rate is between $49.50 and $69.50.

Palm trees sway in an ocean breeze, with most sites out in the open and room to breathe on either side. Internal roads can take some navigating, and with a busy highway between the resort and beach, you might hear traffic noise depending on where your site is placed.

Other accommodations include rustic cabins featuring a delightful beach décor theme with a bathroom and kitchenette, plus TV, fireplace, and a large deck. A fully-furnished loft with stunning views of the sea offers comfortable living with a working kitchen, bathroom, and laundry.

Step into a hotel style of living in a deluxe bungalow or cottage, where you can treat yourself to a little luxury with the spa bathroom, kitchen, and flat-screen TV. You may never want to leave the resort cottage with a loft-style architecture and cozy aesthetic that sleeps a family of four. It features a modern kitchen and bathroom, and space to park your car off-road.

Let the good times begin with a swimming pool that sparkles a tropical, island theme, min-gym for fitness fans, plus horseshoes, and a playground for the kids. A pavilion can be hired for local events and the games room is ideal for rainy days. Let’s not forget the endless activities conjured up by the resort hosts, including pet parades, a farmers market, and Halloween events.

The adjacent Carrabelle Beach allows dogs off-leash in the less crowded areas. Litter bags are provided at the beach entrance, making this one of the most dog-friendly beaches on the planet and a paw-pleasing reason to stay at the RV resort.

Across the road a fenced dog run lets pooches play and prance off-leash. Outside the Bark Park, all woofers are required to be back on a lead and monitored by their guardians. There is a $25 fee for each pet and the camp provides doggy clean-up bags. Some cottages allow furry pals to stay.
