Elkhart Campground

If you're an avid RVer, we probably don't have to tell you what Elkhart is famous for! For the rest of you, here's the scoop -- over 80% of all RVs produced in the entire world come from this Indiana city. With infamy like this, Elkhart Campground has a lot to live up to, and boy do they deliver! You and your pooch will feel like one of the gang at this family-owned facility.

With 9 cabins, a tent area, and hundreds of RV sites offering varied hookup options, your family (canine included) are sure to find something that works for you. All of the RV sites allow for pull-throughs for the convenience of visitors. Nightly rates to stay here start at $25 and may even be less if you are a Good Sam or Escapee member. The property also provides several large banquet halls, making it the perfect place to come with all of your friends and family!

When you're looking to clock some quality time with your loved ones, you can head to the basketball court, tennis court, or challenge the group to a game of mini-putt. Or, escape from hot days by taking a dip in the pool. Kiddos will love jumping around on the playground and roasting marshmallows on the campfire at the end of the day. If you don't feel like cooking -- no worries! There are quite a few excellent restaurants just down the road from the campground, like Chubby Trout or Flippin Cow (kudos to the great names).

Any doggo staying here will feel spoiled rotten. Not only does this property have a dog area,  but they also have a fenced-in, off-leash dog park where puppers can frolic and play together! All that management asks is that you keep your furry friend on a leash while outside of your RV and that you promptly and properly clean up any messes they leave behind.

For a genuine Elkhart experience, Elkhart Campground is definitely the way to go!
